We Are Different
LFC Academy
To change the leadership of the future
Our purpose is to address the most pressing issue of our day – to develop SUSTAINABLE LEADERS to their fullest potential. In this future, those leaders are recognized, have their own stage and instruments to create an impactful CHANGE in the world and in their communities.
LEADERship for CHANGE Academy is that stage to develop the Sustainable Leaders of today and tomorrow.
Through long-term investments that expand their skills, connections, and visibility, the LEADERship for CHANGE accelerates their impact, giving participants the understanding, tools, and experience to foster global networks.
THIS PROGRAM OFFERS LEADERS THE OCCASION TO BECOME AGENTS OF CHANGE NOT ONLY IN THEIR LIVES BUT IN THEIR COMMUNITIES FOREMOST
We learn from the real life experience and connections, not from instructors.

Mindset
LFCA STARTS FROM AN UNLEARNING PROCESS.
Becoming a more effective leader often requires changing behavior and moving toward the long term. Sustainable leaders feel an inherent motivation to meet the triple bottom line of social, environmental, and financial performance or “people, planet, and profit.”
Context
LFC FOCUSES ON CONTEXT
Sustainable leaders are adept at systems thinking and always will be aware that there is a bigger context beyond the immediate focus of the organization.
Action
LFC TIES LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TO REAL PROJECTS PROVIDED BY THE CANDIDATES.
When it comes to planning the program’s curriculum there is value in off-site programs: tie leadership development to real on-the-job projects that have a business impact and improve learning.
Results
LFC MEASURES THE PHASES at the beginning, mid-program, and followed by another one after 6 to 12 months.
Global Network
The LEADERship for CHANGE NETWORK believes in mentoring the rising generation and share her/his/their knowledge, experience, and influence with others.
YOUR BREAKTHROUGH PROJECTS
To see an impactful change in the attendees’ global communities, creating business models to be implemented in every country.
Each candidate will submit a breakthrough project that follows the simple criteria below:
- It selects one or more goals among 5Ps of the Sustainable Development Goals of Agenda 2030;
- A specific, measurable result that is unprecedented, given historical trends, current resources, and circumstances;
- That result requires a fundamental shift in thinking and approach, often viewed initially as “this cannot be done”;
- It is inclusive; breakthroughs are intentionally delivered through commitment and collaboration;
- The outcome is generated in a manner that is sustainable and does not sacrifice quality, integrity, safety, or well-being of products, services, or relationships;
- It is a dream with a deadline!
